Success through a project partnership

BITO

» Four LEO flow AGVs take care of supplying four production machines.

Bagszas Industrial Logistics

» Bagszas Industrial Logistics specializes in improving modern, environmentally friendly logistics processes. The company brings together expertise in logistics, IT, supply chain management, and research.

TAF Industriesysteme

» TAF Industriesysteme supplies modern conveyor technology for integrated, automated intralogistics. Solutions are used for empty carton buffers, connecting machines to LEO, and connecting carton shakers, carton sealers, and palletizing robots.

Customer application

  • Each production machine is assigned a specific LEO flow AGV.
  • LEO flow waits at the machine until a carton is fully filled.
  • The full carton is automatically transported to the conveyor system of the palletizing machine.
  • LEO then retrieves a new empty container from the empty carton buffer.
  • The empty container is delivered directly to the machine.
  • Each machine has its own empty container buffer – flexible for different cardboard boxes.
  • A high cycle rate of four minutes per machine requires precise and reliable processes.
  • Complex driving maneuvers in confined spaces place special demands on the AGV.
  • LEO flow ensures a continuous, automated material flow and reduces the workload for employees.

Customer benefits

These benefits could be achieved through the partnership:

  • Manual processes have been largely automated – for greater efficiency and fewer errors.
  • Product reproducibility ensures consistently high quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Significantly reduced staffing requirements – employees are relieved of specific tasks.
  • Automated supply of empty and full cartons to the machines at short intervals.
  • Flexible response to order peaks – even in three-shift operation
  • Optimized intralogistics through precise and reliable transport processes
  • Space-saving solution for complex production environments
  • Increased process reliability through digital control and clear processes

What our customers say
